A bus skidded off a highway, smashed into a tree and plunged into a ditch in southern Malaysia early Sunday, killing nine people and injuring 19 others. The bus was heading to neighboring Singapore when it spun out of control in southern Johor state and crashed, a police spokesman told The Associated Press.

News reporters from Mediacorp TV interviewed Grassland Express but they denied saying that although the bus stated Grassland but other Malaysia Express company owns the bus. They couldn't do anything about it cuz that bus isn't under their company's record!!!

DAMN!!! I've been taking Grassland Express to Malaysia thru and back this two months!!! I was like totally terrified when i heard this news, or should i say.. FREAKED OUT!!! I guess i should take Five Star Tours (Express Coach) instead from now on.. Argh =(

Went out with DD in the evening and realized someone's bumper got crashed in the morning.. Replaced with a black one!!! Can't stop laughing. Lolx. EVILL!!! Caught BOLT with DD in 3D!!! Technology are simply amazing these days!!! It's fun.. Cute & touching. It's a movie that you must definitely watch!!! Anyway, his driving not that bad la. At least i got home safely..

Felt lazy blogging this days. Obama won the election. I do prefer Obama than to McCain, but felt a little weird about it. Oh well.. Hopefully "WORLD PEACE"??

Went for WADE ROBSON WORKSHOP SINGAPORE & DANZ WAR 2008 last Saturday!!! The workshop was from October 31 to November 1 @ M.A.D Studios. Actually wanted to attend both days but 31st was filled so only 1st Nov class is available. Waited a little too long considering because it's quite expensive.

One-day workshop at SGD140, Two-days workshop at SGD252!!! My $140 gone.. Or should I say $162 including DANZ WAR admission at St James PowerHouse!!!

• THE CURRENT gruesome discovery that several dairy companies in China were using a toxic chemical additive (Melamine) in the formulation (or reconstitution by some middlemen for retail sales) of baby milk powder/formula and other milk products like chocolates, ice-cream, etc., which had caused kidney stone formation in more than 54,000 children, a few resulting in death, only underscores the fundamental need for a competent, responsible, and vigilant governmental sentinel in every country, like the US-Food and Drug Administration or the Philippine Bureau of Food and Drug, for public protection.
  

• Late last week, national women’s table tennis coach Liu Guodong rejected a new two—year deal offered by the Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA), and his tenure is scheduled to end on December 31.

  Anyway the White House had already turned PINK because of the Breast Cancer Awerness Month Event!!! Mrs Bush said: "we're showing our support of breast cancer awareness and research in a historic way. In recognition of the mothers, daughters, sisters, and wives who struggle with this disease, we're lighting the White House in pink, which is the color of the cause. May our lights tonight shine as beacons around the world -- a signal of the United States' commitment to saving lives from breast cancer." If Hilton really turns President, the White House would become the Pink House... PERMANENTLY!!! I think she'd do everything pink. Tomorrow's the deadline and I'm still more than half way till done! Why do i get to know all the contest so last minute?? Gotta be more aware of this stuff now! Hmmm.. Did i mention what i'm gonna make for the project? I making this wallet cum IPOD holder with a keyring that hooks up to your jeans! Pretty ambitious huh?? Well.. Today's "Dance Improvisation Class" was fun. There's new friends and people whom i don't really like for now. Used to be pretty close to her, but.. She'd changed. She's very arrogant now. I even messaged her asking is there any homework for Dance Improvisation but she didn't reply. Sigh.. Could life get any better??

Didn't blog for a month plus two?? Life had been pretty bad. There's up and down as usual. Sometime there's too much lie in covering up everything where I dunno whether I'm living in the real world. More of a fact and fiction story. Ha. Some people are just lucky to have a good life where maybe 50-60% of the family fighting for Share after parents death?? Well. Sad to say but.. my family is one of them.

My mom left our family when I'm 3.y.o. My dad died during my primary 5. I just turned 21.y.o. last month. Other than my 2 Brother and a Sister.. I'm the youngest in my family. My eldest brother and sister are already married and got their own house. My Second brother got engaged and he shifted to his fiancee place recently leaving me myself and I staying at my dad's house.

My dad left this house equally shared by the 4 of us if we decided to sell the house. 25% each which cost probably 40-50 thousand per person and the far most we'll get 60 thousand?? After I turned 21, which is last month. My eldest brother and sister kept pestering me to sell the house and shift out to my eldest brother place. I'm just damn disappointed that all this are actuall happening. Simply just couldn't believe it.

To tell the truth.. I don't wanna sell at all. Firstly they all already got their own apartment where i obviously do not have one if i sell the house. Secondly if i shift to my brother's place, after days, weeks, months or maybe years i gotta shift out and get my own apartment too. Anyway, they can just chase me out of the house in hours, days or weeks. Simply just anytime is the fact. And even if i sell the house i got the money and rent a room.. I'll only be able to use the money to pay for a few years. And what happens next?? I'll end up with no money, no house and own NOTHING!!!

Sigh. Enough of all this shit..



Hmmm. There's this dance reality show called 舞林大道 that's filmed in Taiwan recently. Somehow it's like the next's "So You Think You Can Dance". But it's more of Singapore's "The Dance Floor" or should i say "American's Next Best Crew"?? Lolx. Anyway it's far more interesting then Singapore's version. Really looking forward to watch the next episode!!! Oh ya, I still can't get over the fact that Malaysia got their own SYTYCD where Singapore don't?!?

Caught one of our Singapore's very own movie "12 Lotus." It's very Singapore's style like.. I'm sure the aunties and uncles would loved it! It's directed by Royston Tan who's also the director of 15, 3:10 & 881 of cuz!!!

"12 Lotus" is Singaporean film maker Royston Tan’s latest and last movie about "getai" — a live stage performance held during the 7th Lunar Month in Singapore.

The film, which premieres in Singapore on August 14, centres on talented singer Lian Hua, played by Mindee Ong. The cast also includes MediaCorp artist Qi Yu Wu.

Despite a similar storyline and cast, Tan said he was more adventurous in the use of dialect in his latest movie.

Tan, director of "12 Lotus", said: "In 881, getai is the foreground. But in 12 Lotus, getai becomes background. I think 881 is more like experimentation to me — to see how I can fuse Hokkien songs and local cultures...

"But now, for 12 Lotus, I sort of take it to another level — using orchestra with Hokkien songs, and doing hip—hop with Hokkien songs. To me, it’s a much bigger playground."

Caught a jap movie with DD. It's pretty interesting bout how the whole storyline runs. A beautiful cyborg girl appears in front of a dull university student. Even though the cyborg starts to like him, she can't truly feel emotions, so the boy has no choice but to say goodbye to her inhuman power and 'violence'. Missing her, he continues his lonely existence. Some time thereafter, a disastrous earthquake hits Tokyo, and the cyborg girl saves his life. In that moment, she starts to have feelings like a real human being. But this ain't all.. There's loads more going on. It's a fantastic movie.

Didn't blog for more than a month. Felt really tired, dancing everyday. Had been to bangkok for nearly a week. It's was real fun walking around, buying things eating food all day long. Would love to go back there for another week or months. Maybe I'll set up a studio there one day. Big dream. Sweeet.



Olympic Games Closing are TONIGHT!!!! Damn it! Didn't catch much.. Only caught the Beach Volleyball, Gymnastics, Water Ballet, Ballet with Rope, Hoop & Ribbon, i don't know what that is called.. Haha. Watching the Men's Marathon now!!! It's been 1:02:47 now!!!

Used to trained really hard in my running and marathon. The fastest running record in my life is like 3hrs 15mins for a full marathon. So SLOW!!! Still remember when I was still very young, I actually I wanted to join the Olympic for marathon. Well.. Back then i was still naive. It's like nearly impossible for me to win anything.. Gee -.-"

emo 2008 50th entry (Part 2).




Today's class was fun. The first half of the class, we were ask to showcase our work piece. Following that, we had to recreate another whole new piece in just 5 mins and then another round of showcase right after.

The next half, we gotta create a movement of phase. One by one we gotta teach the rest of the class and then improvise it with a personal touch. There's like 7 person in the class and we gotta do it right after that person shows it. It's really challenging but damn fun. Really learned loads from this class.

Realize that I've forgotten to do my homework for movement composition. I'm so dead now. Gotta create movements that contain Percussive, Sustain, Suspension, Swing, Collapse, Vibrate & Freeze. Hopefully, i won't take too long to come out with a piece. Gotta crack my brain now.. out!!!

Finally brought my first very pair of ballet shoe!!! It's surprising cheap, it's about $9 plus 10 bucks. Not very use to it, can't point properly & turn properly with it. Kinda hard to balance on it, although i have good facilities for ballet. Anyway. They ask me to get a more expensive pair but not very sure whether if i should. Sobs.

Went for a hair cut at a big new fancy salon around my area (Hair Dimension). Thought that this is it... Should be the best around my area and turns out being the worst one. It's a nightmare!!!

Firstly, she cut my fringe till damn short. Then shampoo my hair at the sit, where the shampoo kept dripping down to my face. Next, she wash my hair and the water kept splashing onto my whole face. She kept saying "I'm Sorry", I said "It's Okay". Then she said "Haha.. Help to wash your FACE AT THE SAME TIME" and thinking it was funny??

I was like damn pissed off with like throughout the whole session. Felt like I'm on a show called you're being PUNK'D at that moment and it's like $20 buck?!! It's ridiculous!!! They should just put it maybe $1 to gain more experience... When i was about to stepped out the other women said "Do come back again and visit this BEAUTIFUL lady and let her cut your hair again". I was like, I'll never ever stepped in there in my life ever again.. It's just saddening!!!

Ate dinner at Shokudo (Raffles City), Japanese Food Bazaar. It’s a Japanese version of Marché. Luckily there's no queue during the time that we went. You will be given a card and a cute reserve plate to reserve your table while you go off to purchase your food. Various food stalls are set up around the restaurant and customers will have to get their own food from these stalls.

The most interesting thing about Shokudo is the design of the restaurant. Each section of the restaurant has its own unique Japanese theme. I spotted a kids corner (with lots of toys), an anime corner, a traditional Japanese corner, and a Sakura corner (where I was seated). There’s also some neoprint machines in the restaurant!

Sigh.. Had been thinking bout my event & marketing job. A friend offered me a job at PA as full time receptionist front desk, salary bout $1100-$1200.. Just that there's morning and night shift rotation and a working day either sat or sun for the weekends. Really quite keen in this job. At least there's a stable income every month.

Now working as an event & marketer in my company, sometimes i still have to figure out how to take bus and pay bills that adds up $600-$1000 when you dunno even have money in your bank already and have to call and call to fix appointments. It's driving me nuts la.

I'm still deciding if i want to quit.. But i dun wanna be said as a quitter!!! I don't want people to come up and tell me that, SEE!!! I TOLDED YOU THAT THIS JOB CAN'T DO WANT!!! Maybe you guys would say "Pride??" but NAH!!! If people tell you that you can't, won't you wanna PROVE THEM WRONG!!!???

Sigh.. Alot of time schedule to work on!!! I've got dance scholarship classes that's from 6 till 10pm everyday!!! I need somethings that's more from monday to friday, 8-5pm and hopefully not a very low income job too?? I've got tons of bills to clear!!! So screwed up right now.. Damn it!!!

Forgotten to get a ballet shoe!!! Having Advance Beginner Ballet class later on!!! I'm so dead!!! Nvm.. I'll get it later on!!! Hopefully i dun rush and forget about it!!!

Done Body Mechanics & Contemporary Open class today... The Contemporary Open class is hard!!! Alot a flexibility work. Anyway. When i was walking back.. Saw a row of taxi drivers resting or sleeping in their car putting on busy sign beside this french school (Lycee Francais De Singapour) in Hougang. Felt really sad for them. It's like doing sales, just that there's less talking involve. Once people flag, they'll automatically get paid!!! Quite worried when i was taking this shots cuz one or two drivers were just resting and not sleeping!!! Later kenna whack, kidnap and chop into pieces then sell to some country and be eaten!!! Did i gives you goosebumps?!? You think it's damn lame right?? Haha-.-"
